It’s that awesome time of year again—fall break is here! Get ready for an amazing lineup packed with exciting excursions, fun-filled learning activities, and of course, everyone’s favorite beach days complete with picnic lunches and more!

Don’t forget to bring your snacks, towels, a change of clothes, phones for snapping great pics, sunscreen, hats, and anything else you need for a fantastic time.

Seats for excursions are limited, so be sure to sign up today and secure your spot for this unforgettable break!

As we will be starting with a very special & exciting trip to NELHA ( https://nelha.hawaii.gov/main/interested-in-finding-out-what-host-park-is-about/ ) where innovation, learning and excitement meet, Tuesday will be another fun filled day in Kona with sacred ancient Hawaiian sites and Heiau, beaches and other fun exotic sites, Wednesday will met with a bit of new and old as we adventure to Mokupapapa Museum for tour and more on new tecnology and innovation of oceanic preservation met with fun activities, lava trips and more, awhile winding down on Thursday venturing to Volcano National Park and more beach day at black sand beach!

  • Monday Schedule, Oct 6:

    • Morning:

      • 8:00a: Breakfast

      • 8:30a:  Pack & Leave for NELHA, Kona by 9a

      • 11:00a NELHA tour

    •  Lunch:

      • 1:00p PicNic lunch

    • Afternoon

      • After lunch visit other sites

    • End Day:

      • 4:00p Pack up & head back to Studio Hilo

  • Tuesday Schedule, Oct 7 :

    • Morning:

      • 8:00a: Breakfast

      • 8:30a:  Pack & Leave for Pu'ukohola Heiau , Kona by 9a

    • Afternoon:

      • 11:00a PicNic Lunch

    • Lunch:

      • 11:00a PicNic lunch

    • Afternoon:

      • 12:45pPu'ukohola Heiau   tour

      • After lunch visit other sites (if there is time)

      • Beach!

    • End Day:

      • 4:00p Pack up & head back to Studio Hilo

  • Wednesday Schedule, Oct 8:

    • Morning:

      • 8:00a: Breakfast

      • 8:30a:  Review & Games

      • 9:00a head to Mokupapapa for Tour

      • 11:00a Get on the Van and head to Kea’au/Kalapana

    • Lunch:

      • 11:30a/12:00p PicNic lunch

    • Afternoon

      • 1:00/1:30p Head to the Lava Zone Museum

    • End Day:

      • 3:00p Pack up & head back to Studio Hilo

      • 3:45p pizza at Studio

      • Optional: 4:30p:  Wailoa Center Trash Show!

  • Thursday Schedule, Oct 9:

    • Morning:

      • 8:00a: Breakfast

      • 8:30a:  Pack & Leave for Volcano by 9a

      • 10:00a Tour de Volcano

    • Lunch:

      • 12:00p PicNic lunch

    • Afternoon

      • After lunch Volcano Shop

      • 1:30p Leave for Punalu’u Beach & Snack

    • End Day:

      • 4:00p Pack up & head back to Studio Hilo
